My requirement
• Add products to cart, as normal
• At checkout, after entering shipping information (address, desired delivery date etc) they select "request my shipping quote" [Also have other options, such as collection] • The order is then sent to an admin to check over, work out shipping and enter a price to be sent back to a customer
• The customer receives the quote in an email with the option to complete checkout, going through checkout as normal.
