How can I make seperated pages for my images?

So, I want to make a page where people can upload images. I am beginner at php, so I have a question about making a page for every image. I mean, people could upload an image, give it a title and a description, so it should not be stored on the main page. How could I do that? It's like e-bay for example. If someone wants to upload what he wants to sell, then he/she can give it a title and a description, and if he wants, he can add multiple images to that, but the point is it is not stored on the main page, when he uploads it, it creates an other page, for example: something.com/mobile_for_sale
