I want to create a web application similar to tripadvisor.com where the revenue is purely from ads. Please answer any of the questions you know the answer to.
Q1. Will I have to open a company for this and pay taxes or I can just make a website and not bother about legality.
Q2. What if I outsource the app to developers and they steal it. Does this ever happen and how to avoid it. (I will be spending around 3000-5000$ so I want some security)
Q3. For company such as tripadvisor.com with its user base, which framework or tips do you have to keep the site running smooth? I want scalability from the start.
Q4. What is the best and most efficient way of marketing web application? Will purely google adwords suffice and are there efficient ways to promote the application for around 1000-1500$
Q5. Are these realistic funds to spend for development of a web app and for marketing?
