Making web app look like mobile app on web browsers

Does anyone know how this website: https://yangkeduo.com/ is able to make users on desktop browser to view it as if it is a native app no matter how big the viewport is?

I haven't seen this extent of mobile responsiveness before, even with many other progressive web apps
