text+picture+audio file parcing

I have an educational website. I'm trying to find a way to upload content there. There is something like a wordcard, which consists of picture, the word, translation, audio (pronunciation).

Is it real just to put all the parts of a wordcard into 1 file and just upload and parse it? Which file format better to choose for this purpose?
