Is it possible to zoom in and out of a imagebutton control in an asp.net web form?

I have a asp.net web form application which displays an image on an imagebutton contained by a panel. I am using an ImageButton control because I want to click on the image, and I am containing it in a panel just in case the user chooses a large image. Is there any way I can zoom in and out of this ImageButton Control? The zoom factor will be selected on a RadioButtonList control.
