Sample code to Import data from Taleo SOAP Web Service (FindService) using Java

I want to utilize Taleo SOAP API (FindService) to import employee data given employee_ID using Java or PLSQL but not making any progress, I can test the service in SOAP UI and it works well. All the IDEs I have tried to use to generate Client classes are giving errors. Can anyone share sample code to show how this is done?
