Project Tools/Ideas

I need to make a Display Screen using (Excel, Website, Desk Top Application, etc.). The data I will be using in this screen is off of another live website that keeps changing its data hourly if not every minute. The idea is to condense specific reports/data on the current website (charts, images, numbers, etc.). I only have access to the website itself (html code using the inspect feature) of that website (I don't have access to the database), but even with having html code, some data would be hard to retrieve. I'm not even sure how to start this project.

Some brain storming I've done so far: 1) Use excel to get all the data I need and then I can use the data the way I need it, but would that data be automatically retrieved and updated?

2) Make my own website and use the iframe feature to get that html of the website into mine and try to update the data from there?

3) Some how retrieve the data into a database or excel and then use them into my website?

Any help is highly appreciated!!
