is there any possibility to have remote control to web page

I have work on both web development as well as some experiences with remote technical support, so I have used Teamviewer and Anydesk to control users machines. on the other hand, I'm doing some research if there is any possibility to multiple controllers on web page based on users sessions.

For example, user account and admin account on web application, so once the user need some help admin would be able to access user client page only. while the user would be still able to move the mouse on the machine freely except the web page of the web app during admin access.

if use asp.net is there any possibility to avoid silverlight. if use java is there any possibility to avoid applet. How about python and node.js.

Can you please provide me with guide to this topic.
