I want to get some advice with my own web application. Is there any service out there?

I'm developing a web application alone for myself. I just want to show my app to a professional web developer and get some advice. For example, the adviser could skim through my code and correct something, or recommend using other things etc... Is there any service out there? and how much might it cost per hour?
