How do i make clean URL for blog category and blog post

How do i make http://localhost/test/xyz/category/category/category-name => http://localhost/test/xyz/category-name and http://localhost/test/xyz/article/blog-post" => "http://localhost/test/xyz/blog-post-name

Problem is that it only work for category or article Htaccess Screenshot
