How can I copy '/dev/rfcomm0''s contents to website?

I did bluetooth serial communication with ARTIK 5 series, HC06. and can receive 'Hello' from

cat /dev/rfcomm0

but, actually what i want is showing /dev/rfcomm0 's contents to Website(index.html)

I made copy script rfcomm0 to index.html , it faild.

second, automatically backup script to rfcomm0 to index.html, it faild too..

so I thought rfcomm0 is real time system, so i can't copy or backup this serial contents.

How can i fix it? I want show rfcomm0's raw datas to website(/var/www/html/index.html)
