Framework of library for technical drawing on canvas (web)

I'm looking for a library or framework (like fabricjs or paperjs) for displaying technical drawing (something like on the picture) with simple user interaction. User will enter some measurement, and picture will redraw according data.

Application is plan to use for web and mobile app (Cordova)
