I would like to download data from a website called SNAP Proxy Search (http://ift.tt/2ssQPf3)
To download the data, I need to
1) Provide a list of single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs). This can be from a txt file, or manually input in a form on the website;
2) Set "Search Options": e.g. SNP data set, and r2 threshold;
3) Set "Output Options" as download to file
I wonder if it is possible to do this in R (or Python?), by uploading a txt file with a list of SNPs, then set relevant search options and output options, and download it to my desktop with a self-defined filename.
Below is a list of sample SNPs
rs9627183
rs11134178
rs12915721
rs2157697
rs4011946
