Why does rendering a blog like webpage businessinsider.com take up nearly half gb of memory (ram), while rendering a real time game like agar.io costs much less ?
Which part of webpage rendering takes up the most part of the memory? Does the businessinsider do inherently different thing other than the other blog like pages? In comparison an open tab of a webpage like stackoverflow takes up only about 80 mb of ram.
Could anyone explain the memory model of browsers, and why do some webpages use much more memory than others?
