Want a hint on my work

I want to create a php project on Online Resume builder. The purpose of this project is to create a portal where students can post and save their CV data and later edit/modify it to generate a CV. Is it possible??? If yes ,how? So I wanted some hints how should I handle the information entered by user. Thanks.
