How to get an answer from this kind of tests?

I'm a beginner in web development and I started a project where you could find out funny things about yourselves but I'm struggling with it, as I don't know how to do to get an outcome when you type in the name.

The outcome after you type your name should be like: (a picture of the test and the text over it) David, you have only 2 true friends. (and below that should be a button to share the result on social media).

I know there is another type of tests where you allow sharing your FB account information like friends, and it specify those in the answer (e.g David you only have 2 true friends John and Alice. [and a picture of each one])
