web video player changes colors when not played

Whenever I leave a video alone on a webpage, the player starts to change colors, and I'd like to ascertain that all well. Does anyone know why this may be happening?

Details - Running Chrome, No Errors Appear in the Developer Tools, Sometimes the Image changes to reflect text surrounding the screen. Is this an issue with one of my drivers?
