Using JS and HTML for iOS/Android App

this is more about tech stack.

I was making an application on iOS native with Swift, and after a while I thought that it will be a pain in the a** to make exactly the same UI in android.

I was thinking of doing a responsive site so later on my mobile and desktop will look the same. I thought of spotify which I think it does that, uses Chromium on Desktop to embed the html and js.

Which is the best approach to make this? I also thought about React Native but React license kinda sucks.
