Pulling information from aspx webpage

I am currently attempting to download information off a website but the webpage is coded in aspx but contains javascript. The webpage has a search function and sorts the files available for download. The search function uses javascript inputs as variables.

Is there a way to access this page using predefined variables with python or java? And also what would be the best way to grab these files after the search is finished. I would like to automate this process as there are quite a lot of files I would like to download.
