Looking for a team to build a sophisticated online platform; 10% stake will be given

I am starting a business that will require a website that functions similar to that of an online marketplace like flippa.com.

The corporation has already been incorporated and the concept is fully developed. I am now looking for experienced web coders/programmers to build the online platform that would be integral to the website.

I am willing to give 10% of the business for the work put into the website construction.

MUST LIVE IN LOS ANGELES, CALIFORNIA.

I will also need to meet up quite regularly with whoever joins me on this entrepreneurial adventure so a Los Angeles resident is A MUST.
