I want to create a collaborative blog hosted on GitHub Pages and using GitHub's branches and pull requests to enable anyone to upload a file and for it to then form an issue, branch and pull request so it can be reviewed to check for vandalism etcetera.
What platform would be best for creating this sort of site?
(I know GitHub Pages and Jekyll are integrated)
Is there a way for a web app to control someone's GitHub account like this?
