Fetching Cellular info on mobile Web

We have an use-case to retrieve cellular info from our mobile-website. Are there any APIs to retrieve cellular-info (Cell tower id, Mobile Country code, Mobile Network Code, Location Area code etc. ) on mobile Web?

Android has native APIs (TelephonyManager) but I didn't find similar for web.
