Extract Phone Numbers and Data from Imprints

We're currently doing the following process manually: We google: example.com imprint. Then we use the first or second listing on google and copy the number and the name of the CEO into an excel file.

Since the process is taking too much time now i'm looking for another solution. So my question: Has anyone some literature for recognizing phone numbers and names in long strings like the one i would get in the response? Sure for phonenumbers i would use some regex and probably i can do a dirty solution and try to scrape the name. But i thought maybe there is a good solution and i couldn't find a good one.

So we know the name of the company and i now need the contact information. Close this topic if its a repost. Then I'm sorry. My Background: Full-Stack Web Dev mostly node.js for now.
