How to develop web authoring tool for generating Html output using C#(windows application) with drag and drop html controls?

We need to develop web authoring tool, where user can drag and drop html controls(custom controls developed using c#) and generate html output using c#.net windows application.Do you have any Idea?Please share Idea and links.
