Create a circle around words like alphabet soup

Right now i have a code where i can just select the words and there is going to be a background color that help me to see that the word has been found, so i want to make it look like the normal alphabet soup game, i'll let you the image of how i want it

So please help me out to figure out how to change the style or add something to make it look circle border around words
