C# - Best Way To Make an Internet Bot [on hold]

What is the best way to make a internet bot (do special thing on web pages like sign up , click, submit forms, check check boxes , .....)

I use web browser in C# component and script code (foreach Element in webbrowser1....).

In this case I have to wait for complete page load and then continue.

Is there any better and faster way?
