Windows exe GUI to web interface

Does anyone know if there exists a tool/framework that allows to output the GUI of a windows .exe on a web site?

An existing windows c++ (MFC) application generates some kind of image from read in data. Any idea how the graphical output could transform in something to be displayed in a web site?
