self hosted web api 2.0 using owin

I am facing issues in adding a help page to web api 2.0 which hosted using owin framework. I have a console application which is hosting web apis and a web application. I insalled the nuget package Microsoft ASP.NET Web API 2.2 Help Page into my web application and did the xml file related changes, but my web api is part of another assembly .So how can i add a help page to the web apis which hosted by a console application using owin framework. If the web api is in the same folder as web app am able to bring up the jelp page. But here am making use of cors feature. Any help will be appreciated..
