Secure Connection Failed when accessing Gmail

When I access Gmail with Firefox 41.0.1 from my company's network I get a "Secure Connection Failed" error.

Gmail is not blocked since I can access it from IE but not using Firefox.

When I tether to my cell network I can access Gmail without issues with Firefox.

What do you think it means? Is there any way to bypass it, is it dangerous?
