Remove PhpMyAdmin from wordpress yahoo

I am in big despair. My website(http://ift.tt/1VClmxt) has stopped working since the time I had installed PHPMyAdmin in the "yahoo_site_admin" folder.

Now, my website homepage redirects me to phpmyadmin webpage instead of going to the normal /blog page.

moreover, suddenly my wordpress broke down and I am not able to see wordpress dashboard. It given an error : Your server is running PHP version 5.3.6 but this plugin requires at least PHP 5.4. Please run an upgrade.

Please Please Please help me to resolve this isue ASAP.

I just wish to undo the things I have done(remove the PHPMyadmin) completely. Thanks a lot.

P.S: I am not able to check my wordpress version due to same reason but it is not the latest for sure.
