Parse xml from web with pugi C++ xml parser

I tried to read a xml from web page with method load_file("http://ift.tt/1McFocT"); but I am not sure if pugi supports this. I read documentation but didn't found nothing special. Someone tried it also?

I know all about getting required data from local xml file, but in this case I need something like this, that file is on web.
