How do I collect all the links of publicly shared folders on Dropbox?

I am trying to collect all those links on the web that contain a particular string as substring. For example, collecting all the links that contain ‘example.com/one' in the link. I am trying to write a generic program that collects all the links that contain a particular string as substring but I am not sure how to start or If there are any existing tools that can do the same?

Any pointers would be appreciated.
