contact.php page is not running on my website

I just launched a new website with html files and one php file. Originally the whole site worked great on my first web hosting service (This was the test site).

However, once I uploaded it to the new web hosting service, my php page would not work. Each time I click on my contact page, it brings up my 404 page. Any ideas what this could be? Every page works except the contact.php page.

I contacted the hosting service and I am yet waiting to hear back from them.
