WYSIWYG editor enalbed to deal with database

I need to create my own ERP application and need some WYSIWYG software to make that easier. Actually I've already done ERP application from scratch using JS, PHP, MySQL, CSS, etc. but it took me a lot of work and is difficult to be developed.

I am looking something similar to visual programming tools (like Visual C++) or MS Access, but working with JS, PHP, MySQL, CSS, etc. technologies.

I would like to drag and drop elements to a form, then by double clicking add some code. It would be great if I could to connect specific fields to a certain tables and fields in database without need of writing php scripts (if they were generated automatically, but able to be modified if some specific queries would need to be used).

I cannot use any existing ERP application, as my products are size dependant, and prices need to be taken from pricelists when size and other options are provided.

I am just looking for an universal WYSIWYG tool, and all the rest I will do by myself. It should be typical editor, and not drupal or joomla.
