Picasa web photo tag and metadata update in PHP

I am working on listing picasa web album data api, I successfully listed the web album and photos inside the web album

I want to update individual photos data / metadata / exif information, itry to look at this link http://ift.tt/1L1rzBd but not getting how to make post data and call it through curl

If anyone have examples for that in php , please post link
