Adding search terms directly to a URL

I made a table with the listjs library and everything works for all 6000 rows of information that I have, but now I need to add one last touch for completion.

I would like to make direct URLs to search terms from my list, so for example the link would be something like http://ift.tt/1N5Zub6 and that would bring you to the table with the search term already typed in and the results displayed. The table is made using CSS, HTML, and a few lines of Javascript which is referencing the listjs library. Any help would be appreciated!
