VS 2012 Express for WEB : Adapter designer : How to update adapter columns when table or queries change?

We use the "VS-2012 Express for WEB" for our web-development and use the Table-Adapter graphical tool for datasets and queries. I need to know a good way to "update" the adapter-objects (in the designer) when the underlying table changes (add or rename or re-size fields in the table).

What is the best way of doing this?
Is there something automatic that can be accessed or set to have a revised table layout refreshed in the Adapter-designer?

I will be glad to add more if this question is puzzling or unclear.
