View user in a circle of google plus

I wanted to know if we could get a run to receive the name of the user circles and subsequentialy do to get the members of a circle.

Example: 1. GET .../nameofcircle result: circle1 circle2 circle3

2. GET .../listusers/circle="circle1" result:user1 user2 user4
