Storelocator plugin- how to upload kml file in server for plotting multiple locations in map

I am using StoreLocator plugin for multiple location purpose in my new website project. I am using kml file to achieve this. In local everything works perfect. when I upload it on server I am unable to see any change when I click on the submit button. Kindly tell me how to achieve it.
