Social networking web development [on hold]

I am planning to build a website which will be similar to a social networking site. I was wondering which technology stack is most suited for this purpose. I am comfortable with, PHP, JavaScript, Nodejs, AngularJS, CSS, Ruby(rails), MYSQL. Also, which CMS is most suitable, Drupal or Joomla, or some other suggestions..
