Java web project to view/analyze huge data in greenplum - recommedations

I'm very new to greenplum database and I was asked by my team to come up with a quick User interface framework to view and analyse the data which resides in the greenplum data. (the records could run into few hundered thousand) but I'm required to show mostly aggregates only. Even though they want it quick and fine with any framework, I see a potential in this project and hence wanted to do it the right way. Please recommend from the following or other web based frameworks This can be deployed in tomcat web container.

1. Struts
2. PHP (non-java)
3. J2ee - Simple JSP/Servlet project
4. Spring MVC / other distribution

Please advise.
