How can I allow all of these special characters in javascript and php? [duplicate]

~!@#$%^&*()_+{}:"<>?/.,';][=-`a-zA-Z0-9 I wanted to allow all of the above character for javascript, php and mysql. I need to escape it. How should I go on about escaping the special characters?
