GoDaddy VPS or DigitalOcean?

I`m going to create a website, which will visit a lot of users(and unexpected server load).

So I need to have a possibility to create\delete a instance of server very fast(and automatically) to respond to the load.

I worked for a while with DigitalOcean and know, that i can do it there.

But client insists to use GoDaddy. Does GoDaddy support it(scaling)? Just haven`t work with it before...
