Daily Repeating Countdown Timer

I need to make a countdown timer that will repeat itself once it has finished counting down to 0

Example: Countdown to 02:30am in HH:MM:SS and once it reaches 00:00:00 it will reset and start counting down to 2:30am the next day. It also has to follow the server time so it will be same HH:MM:SS in every timezone.

Is there there a script which does this already? If not then what is the best way to do it?
