Can we put two column value in one other column using same mysql table if yes then how?

I'm doing a website based project with PHP and MYSQL want to add two column data in one other column as Employee ID -> EID i want to make it the collection of Department Production (PROD) Join Year (Y) and a key which it auto_increment start with 0001. that means i want to make the "EID like -> "PROD2015-0001" or "PROD15-0001"" is it possible I am a new programmer so help me guys..
