asynchronous console web scrapper not compiling

I'm trying to use the asynchronous console web scrapper by nosterio from this link: http://ift.tt/1oVKrr1. For some reason it is not compiling with my setup. I'm using visual studio 2010 with .net 4.0

Is there any reference that I need to import except those that are in the code already. I have copied the code so am sure there are not any typing errors.

does anyone have an idea why? I get about 28 errors that include syntax and identifier expected.
