Make admin for firebase

so basically my team making a mobile app where using firebase like firestore and firebase authentication for the app. My task is to making a website like a landing page for this app and also in this landing page there is like a nav where we i can login as an admin.

In the admin web i want to make things like dashboard where i can display statistic from the firestore, also i want to make me as an admin be able to doing CRUD the firestore data and the user that use our mobile app, through this website.

My first idea is just like making a web admin where i can do CRUD only using the frontend like react because the only one who gonna use it is me, and to make the account where i can login as an admin to this website im gonna manually make account in the firebase console, and log in with that account. Im curious is this a possible way to do it?

Or maybe anyone have any good idea how to make this?
