How to run web application from its files?

Good morning everybody
I tried to transfer web application to another laptop so i followed the path which was shown in the browser then i copied files (.asp/.css/.js ...) and put them in the new laptop . Now i don't know what should i do to run it.
I need this app and i already paid for it i don't want to do again
