How to design selectable list at website front end

need to make list which will insert/remove data from mysql database. I wan't it to be possible to select multiple IPs and that thing at right is scroll. I use python flask bootstrap and I have no idea how to even ask for what I wan't to do. I have no idea how to ask for front end things, so I painted it https://imgur.com/a/Bqc4cfF. I am asking for what I should google next for what I wanna to do. I can do backend things but front end no bueno. Thanks
